摘　　要：Oxonium ylide intermediates generated from α-diazocarbonyl compounds and water were trapped by Zn（Ⅱ）-activated α- dicarbonyl compounds. The reaction gave α,β-dihydroxyl acid derivatives in moderate yield.Oxonium ylide intermediates generated from α-diazocarbonyl compounds and water were trapped by Zn（Ⅱ）-activated α- dicarbonyl compounds.
