顶空气相色谱法测定珍珠明目滴眼液中的冰片含量

摘　　要：目的改进珍珠明目滴眼液质量标准的检测方法。方法采用顶空进样毛细管色谱柱法,以SE-54毛细管柱(25m×320μm,0.6μm)为色谱柱,氮气为载气,FID为检测器测定。结果龙脑峰、异龙脑峰与内标峰完全分离,在0.89～5.91mg·mL-1浓度范围内,冰片与内标的峰面积比值(F)与冰片质量浓度(C)呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9982,平均加样回收率为95.88%,RSD=0.64%(n=9)。结论顶空法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于珍珠明目滴眼液中冰片含量的测定。OBJECTIVE To improve the detection method of Zhenzhu Mingmu Eye Drops＇ quality standard. METHODS Take headspaee GC to determine, using SE--54 capillary column with FID detector, nitrogen as the carrier gas. RESULTS The peaks of （＋）- borneol, （-）- borneol and the internal standard were completely separated. Between the range of the concentration of 0. 89mg · mL^-1 and 5.91mg · mL^-1 ,there was a good linearity between the ratio of the area of borneol and internal standard and the concentration of borneol （ r =0. 9982）. The average recovery rate was 95.88% ,and RSD was 0. 64% （ n =9）. CONCLUSION The method of Headspace GC was quick,sensitive and accurate,which could be used in the content determination of borneol in the Zhenzhu Mingmu Eye Drops.
