中药挥发油类成分提取分离研究概况

摘　　要：综述了中药挥发油类成分的提取分离技术,如水蒸气蒸馏法、浸提法、压榨法、吸收法、结晶法、薄层色谱法;新兴的提取分离技术,如加速溶剂萃取、超声提取、超临界CO2萃取、微波辅助萃取、分子蒸馏、气相色谱法、膜分离、毛细管电泳法,以及这些方法的特点与应用前景。This paper summarizes the technologies of extraction and separation on volatile oil components of traditional Chinese medicine,such as steam distillation, extraction method; pressing method; absorption method; crystallization; thin layer chromatography; new extraction and separation technologies; such as accelerated solvent extraction; ultrasonic extraction; supercritieal CO2 extraction;microwave-assisted extraction; molecular distillation; gas chromatography; membrane separation; capillary electrophoresis,and the characteristics of these methods and application prospects.
