针刺拔罐后金黄散外敷治疗五步蛇伤患肢肿胀的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺拔罐后如意金黄散外敷治疗及护理五步蛇伤患肢肿胀的疗效。方法:收集病例87例,随机分为两组,治疗组44例针刺拔罐后如意金黄散外敷,对照组43例如意金黄散外敷。结果:治疗组总有效率99.99%,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针刺拔罐后如意金黄散外敷法治疗五步蛇伤患肢肿胀是一种简单便捷安全有效的方法。Objective： To investigate after acupuncture and cupping Ruyijinhuang casual topical treatment and care Agkistrodon acutus injured limb swelling effect. Methods： Case 87 patients were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture and cupping after Ruyijinhuang casual topical treatment for treatment group 44 cases, application of Ruyi golden powder for 43 cases of the control group.Results： Treatment group, the total efficiency was 99.99%, compared with the control group, it has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： After the acupuncture and cupping Ruyijinhuang casual topical treatment of limb swelling Agkistrodon acutus injury is a simple convenient safe and effective method.
