摘　　要：目的:主要观察不同造模方法对胰岛素抵抗模型大鼠的影响。方法:分别采用高脂饲料喂养和高脂高糖饲料喂养+STZ腹腔注射,观察模型大鼠的体重、空腹血糖和空腹血浆胰岛素水平,血糖检测采用化学比色法,胰岛素检测采用放射免疫分析法。结果:两种造模方法均能提高模型大鼠的体重、血糖数值,血糖值的变化表现为高脂高糖+STZ模型组与正常对照组相比,P<0.001,差异极其显著,高脂模型组与高脂高糖+STZ模型组相比,P<0.001,差异极显著;胰岛素检测结果表现为高脂模型组与正常对照组相比,P<0.001,表明差异具有非常显著性意义。高脂高糖+STZ模型组与正常对照组相比,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,高脂模型组与高脂高糖+STZ模型组比,P<0.001,差异具有非常显著性意义。结论:高脂高糖+STZ模型组的大鼠其血糖值升高极为明显,但是其胰岛素水平变化不明显,而高脂饲料饮食所致模型大鼠其体重、血糖和胰岛素水平均升高极其显著。Objective ： The main purpose in this experiment is to study the model of insuLin resistance in rats with different methods. Methods ： It was fed with high-fat diet and high-fat and high-sugar diet besides STZ intraperitoneal injection respectively to observe the body weight, fasting plasma glucose and fasting plasma insuLin levels of rats. Blood glucose was test by chemical colonmetry, insuLin detected by radioimmunoassay. ResuLts ： The two methods can improve body weight and blood glucose values of the model rats. High-fat high-sugar ＋ STZ model group compared with normal control group, blood glucose changes remarkable, P〈0.001, the difference is extremely significant. And so did High-fat model group and high-sugar high fat ＋ STZ model group. High-fat model group compared with normal control group; InsuLin values are high, P〈0.001, showed that the difference is very significant. High-fat high-sugar ＋ STZ model group compared with norrnal, control group, P〉0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion： Blood glucose levels is extremely obvious in the high-fat high-sugar ＋ STZ model group of rats, but their insuLin levels did not change significantly. While the high-fat diet rat model change much, bodyweight, blood glucose and insuLin are extremely increased.
