加参方对CHF大鼠缩血管保钠和扩血管排钠因素的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过对加参方治疗前后神经内分泌因子和细胞因子检测,以探讨加参方增强心功能、减少水钠潴留的作用机制。方法:各组大鼠灌胃给药4周后,处死取血5mL,用放免方法测定内分泌因子和细胞因子变化。结果:加参方能够明显抑制CHF大鼠的RAAS系统的AngⅡ、ALD,降低ET、AVP、ANP,升高CGRP。结论:加参方很可能通过干预神经内分泌系统,减轻了心衰的发展,改善了水钠潴留。Objective： Through the measurement of nerve-internal secretion system, we study the mechanism of Jiashenfang improving the heart function and relieving water retention on CHF rat.Methods ： Being treated with Jiashenfang for 4 weeks, rats were killed and blood was taken. We used the means of radio-immunity to observe the change of their nerveincretion system. Results ： Jiashenfang can effectively improve CGRP, reduce ATⅡ , Ald, ET and so on.Conclusion ： Jiashenfang maybe improve the heart function and relieve water retention on CHF rat , which is related to the nerve-internal secretion system.
