摘　　要：和谐的大学师生关系,是创建生态型校园的关键,也是高校发展的关键。和谐的师生关系更有助于大学生的培养,应以教师为主导,学校、教师、学生三方共同努力而创建和谐的师生关系。Harmonious teacher-student relationship in universities is a key factor to the building of ecological campus, to the development of the university, and is helpful to the cultivating of college students. And the establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship ought to rely on the coordinated efforts of university, teacher, and student, with teachers playing the leading role.
