摘　　要：现代法律发展的多元化趋势使得法律价值的冲突及其解决的途径这一法学界、尤其是法理学界的重要论题再次成为司法实践及法学理论研究关注的重点。从理论研究和实践操作的角度分析了法律价值冲突解决的一种重要方法——法律价值衡量法,希望能通过这一尝试找到一种能帮助人们完成法律价值选择的法律方法。In the present multi -perspective development orientation in the legal world, the conflict of legal value and the solution to it have always been an important issue in the legal world, especially in the theoretical legal world. The present paper analyses the solution to the conflict of legal value from the aspects of the theoretical research and practical operation, and provides references of how to adapt itself to the great trend of the legal ＂homo-quality＂ during the process of legal administration in China with the hope to find a legal solution to selecting legal value for the people.
