摘　　要：根据我国乡镇企业集群成长轨迹,总结安徽省乡镇企业集群培育的重点路径选择;分析安徽省淮南八公山地区豆制品产业经济现状,进而探讨影响其产业化生产的主要制约因素;并提出淮南八公山地区豆制品企业集群培育的具体路径。The paper according to the growth track of rural enterprise cluster in our country, summarizes the route selection of cultivation of rural enterprise cluster in Anhui province, then analyzes the economic situation about soybean products industry of the Bagong Mountain district in Huainan city, further discusses the main restrictive factors on influencing industrial production, proposes the specific paths of the cultivation of enterprise cluster in the Bagong Mountain district.
