摘 要:目的:建立碰撞池ICP-MS直接测定尿液中16个痕量有毒元素的准确分析方法。方法:采用0.1%HNO3+200μg/L Au对尿液稀释5倍后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,并采用碰撞/反应池技术来消除质谱干扰。结果:方法的检出限为0.01-0.25μg/L,精密度优于3.3%,回收率为94.0%-104%,标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。结论:可用ICP-MS直接测定尿液中的16个痕量金属元素,整个方法具有简单、快速和准确的特点。Objective:To develop a accurate method for direct determination of sixteen trace elements in urine by collision cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:After dilution with 0.1%HNO3+200 μg/L Au by a factor of 5,the urine was directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry using collision cell to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference.Results:The detections of limits were 0.01 0.25 μg/L,the RSD less than 3.3%,recoveries 94.0%-104% and the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used for can direct determination of sixteen trace metal elements in urine.
