摘  要:目的:建立气相色谱测定大白菜中5种常见拟除虫菊酯农药残留简单、快速、安全的实用型方法。方法:采用乙酸乙酯-QuEChERS法进行样品前处理,结合气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC/ECD)对大白菜中5种常见拟除虫菊酯农药残留进行检测分析。结果:在选定色谱条件下,5种拟除虫菊酯农药在40 min内得到有效的分离,方法对各目标物呈现良好的线性关系(r〉0.999),最低检出浓度0.0037-0.012 mg/kg,平均加标回收率为80.17%-86.72%,相对标准偏差为1.70%-14.31%。结论:该法具有较高的精密度和灵敏度,且操作简单、分析速度快,可作为一种经济实用的分析方法应用于大白菜中拟除虫菊酯农药残留的常规检测。Objective:To establish a rapid GC method for determination of pyrethroid pesticide residues in celery cabbage.Methods:Sample preparation with acetic ether-QuEChERS,and then five kinds of pesticide residues in celery cabbage were determined by gas chromatography with electron detector.Results:Five pyrethoid pesticides were separated from each other within 40 minutes,and the liner range of standard curve was bread and the liner relationship of standard curve was good(r〉0.999),the minimal detection concentration was 0.0037-0.012 mg/kg especially,the recovery rate was 1.70%~14.31%.Conclusion:The method has better accuracy and recovery and is suitable for determining pyrethoid pesticides in celery cabbage.
