摘 要:目的:研究饲喂的三聚氰胺在猪体内的残留分布情况,为食用猪只的安全监管提供科学依据。方法:用含三聚氰胺328.74 mg/kg的饲料连续3 d喂养3头实验猪,每天采集尿液、血液;分别在第3、第4、第6天各宰杀1头实验猪,取肾脏、肝脏、肌肉,各种样品用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS-MS)进行分析。结果:第1天尿液中的三聚氰胺平均高达102mg/kg,第6天肌肉中的残留量低于0.5 mg/kg。三聚氰胺在猪体内的分布水平遵循:尿液>血液=肾脏>肝脏>肌肉。结论:三聚氰胺在肌肉中积累甚少,主要通过泌尿系统清除。尿检可以作为食用猪只的安全监管指标。Objective:To investigate the distribution of melamine in pigs following high dose exposure to provide more information on safety intendance of porkers.Methods:Contaminated feed containing 328.74 mg/kg melamine was administered to three pigs for 3 days.Urine and blood samples were collected daily.Kidneys,liver and muscle samples were collected at Day 3,Day 4 and Day 6 at slaughter.All samples were analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS-MS).Results:The melamine concentration was up to 102 mg/kg averagely in urine at Day 1,and below 0.5 mg/kg in muscle at Day 6.The level of melamine appeared as follow: urineblood=kidneyslivermuscle.Conclusion:High dose exposure of melamine resultes in low accumulation in muscle.Melamine is cleared mainly by urinary system,so urinalysis would be utilized for safety intendance of porkers.
