摘　　要：目的:监测和分析压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果及影响因素,保证灭菌质量。方法:使用嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢菌片对压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果进行生物监测。结果:2007年共完成生物监测23例,合格率82.6%,2008年监测54例,合格率88.9%。结论:正确使用生物监测是确保压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果的关键。Objective：To study the effect and influence factor of high-pressure steam sterilizer using biological monitoring method.Methods：Bacillus stearothermophilus（ATCC 7953） was used as a biological monitoring indicator for sterilization effect of pressure steam sterilizer.Results：In 2007,23 cases of pressure steam sterilizing were monitored,and the qualified rate was 82.6%.In 2008,53 cases were monitored and the qualified rate was 88.9%.Conclusion：The proper use of biological monitoring is important for ensuring the sterilizing quality.
