摘　　要：以中熟苦瓜品种"蓝山大白"为试材,分别用外源CPPU 10,20,50,100 mg.L-1处理,研究了外源CPPU作用下,苦瓜果实内源CTK,IAA,GA,ABA水平的动态变化及不同浓度的CPPU处理对苦瓜果实内源激素水平的影响,进而对外源CPPU、内源激素、果实生长这三者的关系作了探讨。The experiment was conducted by CPPU treatments on the regulation of endogenous phytohormones in Momordica charantia L.,with concentrons of 10,20,50 and 100 mg·L^-1 CPPU.Based on the measurements of endogenous levels of CTK,IAA,GA and ABA during 12 days after CPPU treating,the effects of various CPPU concentrations on the dynamic changes of endogenous phytohormone were analysed.The relationship and mechanism of CPPU treatments,levels of endogenous phytohormone,and the fruit growth was put forward.
