摘 要:随着环保法规的健全和建设项目对环保要求的提高,尾矿库的环保防渗问题日益突出。目前我国关于尾矿库的唯一的专业设计规范《选矿厂尾矿库设施设计规范》缺乏尾矿库的环保防渗设计内容,因此,尾矿库的环保防渗设计是一个值得探讨和加以规范的课题。笔者结合工程设计实例阐述尾矿库环保防渗设计依据的法规、标准及规范,以及如何将尾矿进行特性鉴定并分类为"危险废物"、"第Ⅰ类一般工业固体废物"和"第Ⅱ类一般工业固体废物",然后分别遵照GB 18599-2001、GB 18598-2001标准和GB50290-98规范进行相应的防渗措施设计。With the establishment of environmental protection laws and regulations and the increasingly severe environmental protection requirements on construction projects, tailing pond antiseepage for environmental protection has become a highly highlighted problem. There is no specification of tailing pond antiseepage design for environmental protection in the Code of Design for Tailing Ponds of Concentrators, which is the sole design code for tailing ponds in China at present. Therefore, the design of tailing pond antiseepage for environmental protection is a subject worth discussing and being specified. In combination with the examples of project design, the author elaborated laws, standards and codes which the tailing pond antiseepage design for environmental protection is based on and how to do the tailing pond antiseepage design in accordance with standards GB 18599-2001 or GB 18598-2001 and GB50290-98 after tailing is identified in property and classified into "hazardous waste","class-Ⅰ general industrial solid waste" and "class-Ⅱ general industrial solid waste".
