摘  要:为提高菘蓝试管苗质量和移栽成活率,研究了不同浓度的PP333(1~6 mg/L)和B9(10~60 mg/L)对菘蓝种子萌发及试管苗壮苗和生根的影响。结果表明:B9浓度除20 mg/L外,其余浓度均促进菘蓝种子萌发。B9对菘蓝试管苗具有延缓生长的作用。适宜浓度的B9处理(20 mg/L)可使试管苗矮化,生长健壮,提高生根率及生根数量。而菘蓝试管苗对PP333极为敏感,在低浓度下(≤2 mg/L)即对菘蓝试管苗的生长产生强烈抑制,高浓度下(≥4 mg/L)菘蓝试管苗大量死亡。Different concentrations of PP333 and B9 were tested in seed germination of Isatis indigotica Fort and growth of the test-tube plantlets to improve its test-tube plantlet quality and transplanting survival rate.The results showed that the tested concentrations of B9 could promote its seed germination except 20 mg/L concentration,B9 could delay growth of test-tube plantlets and B9 with 20 mg/L concentration could reduce height of test-tube plantlets and raise its rooting rate and root number.The test-tube plantlets were very susceptible to PP333.The growth of test-tube plantlets were strongly inhibited when PP333 concentration was below 2 mg/L and the high concentration of PP333(≥4 mg/L) could result in death of test-tube plantlets.
