摘　　要：分析淮安运输业发展的现状,淮安地区必须综合运用运输管制、运输资助与扶持政策,在扩大运能、调整结构和促进运输业可持续发展方面同时进行政策调整,才能促进运输行业又好又快发展。Analysing the situation of transport industry development in Huaian. We must integrate the methods of transportation control, transportation funding and support policies, and strengthen the policies in the expansion of transport capacity, structural adjustment and sustainable development of transport policy at the same time, so as to make the transport industry develop faster.
