摘  要:通过制定喷吹系统改造方案,对新钢2个炼铁厂制粉、喷吹能力进行了协调,合理利用了磨机产能。在改造和生产过程中,优化工艺,稳定操作,高炉主要指标明显改善,取得了显著的经济效益。The making powder and the coal injection ability between two ironmaking plants in Xingang were coordinated and mill productivity was rationally utilizated by making transformation projection of the coal injection system.The process is optimized and operation is stabilized in process of transformation and production.Meanwhile,the main indexes of BF are improved and sighificantly economic benefit has been achieved.
