摘 要:安塞油田是典型的"三低"油田,低产低效油井占23.9%,人工间开现场管理难度大。为此,应用了抽油机自动间开节能控制仪。该仪器通过CMOS集成芯片控制电机配电柜内的交流接触器控制电机运行,实现抽油机间歇自动抽油。技术人员通过控制仪的人机界面设定间抽时间,设定完成后,控制仪便自动按照设计控制抽油机的起停。共应用45台,平均泵效提高了10%,平均节电37.5%,并且实现了无人值守,取得了较好的效果。Due to the scattered well blocks,low permeability,low formation pressure,and minor production,the low producing wells account for 23.9% in Ansai oilfield. And it is difficult to manage these wells with manual work. As far as the above,Ansai oilfield applied automatic energy-efficient control unit in well pumping unit. The instrument is controlled by CMOS integrated chip to realize automatic pumping. Interval time is designed by technical personnel through man-machine interface of control unit. When interval time is set,controller will automatically control the pumping unit. Forty-five sets were applied in Ansai oilfield. The control unit can increase pump efficiency by 10%,save energy 37.5%,and realize unmanned controlled. It's shown that the result is pleasing.
