摘　　要：如何正确制订绩效计划、设计绩效考核指标、及时反馈考核结果并使考核结果得到正确应用,是医院绩效管理能否取得成功的关键。笔者在相关的理论基础上,介绍了某医院构建基于自身发展战略考虑的医院绩效管理体系的实践过程,为国内其他同类医院提供借鉴和参考。How to design a performance plan and the performance appraisal indicators correctly, return the results timely and make them applied rightly is the key to the success of hospital performance management.Based on the related theories,this article introduced the hospital＇ s practical process of building the performance management system based on the consider of its own development strategy, respected it could be a reference for the other similar hospital.
