浅谈外科专科医师师资培训

摘　　要：对外科专科医师这一潜在的外科人才的培养,关系到外科医师队伍的整体素质和医院的医疗质量。通过举办北京市外科专科医师师资培训班,分析当前外科专科医师师资存在的问题,认为定期举办师资培训班是有必要的;并且需要进一步加强外科专科医师师资的教学意识,提高外科专科医师师资的人文素质和教学能力。Surgical diplomate training takes an important role of promoting surgical staff capacity and improving hospital medical quality.We held a teachers training class of Beijing surgical diplomates recently, and found some problems in the teaching for surgical diplomates. So we suggest it is necessary to hold a training class for surgical diplomate teachers,strengthen their teaching consciousness,improve their hum- anistic attainment and teaching ability.
