摘　　要：目的:探讨《伤寒论》阳明病篇证候分布规律及方剂、药物的应用规律。方法:用频次法计数阳明病篇主要症状、方剂和药物的百分率,用层次聚类法分析主要症状的分布规律和药物使用规律。结果:从症状分析来看,阳明病本证以便秘、发热为主症,常伴有谵语、汗出与潮热等表现,变证主要为身黄与小便不利同见的发黄证;从方剂和药物应用来看,大承气汤是阳明病的主方,大黄是阳明主药,厚朴与枳实、生姜、大枣与人参是常见配伍。结论:《伤寒论》阳明病篇以里热实证为主要见证,大承气汤为其主治;症状的分布提示阳明本证以腑实证为主,变证以发黄证为主;方药的应用揭示了仲景治阳明病通腑以承气,保胃以祛邪的治疗思想。Objective：To explore the principle of syndromes, prescriptions and herbs of Yangming disease in Shang Han Lun （Treatise on cold diseases）.Methods：The percent of main syndromes, prescriptions and herbs was calculated, and the principle of main syndromes and herbs was analyzed by hierarchical duster. Results ： Constipation and fever were the main symptoms in Yangming disease, usually accompanied with delirium, sweating and hectic fever. And jaundice syndrome with the symptoms of yellowish skin and difficulty in mieturition was the main changed syndrome. Daehengqi decoction was the most commonly used prescription and Dahuang as the most commonly used herb in Yangming disease. Houpo matching Zhishi, Shengjiang matching Dazao and Jenseng were the main eompatibilities. Conclusions： Excessive syndrome of interior-heat, as the main syndrome in Yangming disease, is usually treated by Dachengqi decoction. The disposition of symptoms shows that Fu-exeess syndrome is the main syndrome and the jaundice syndrome is commonly seen in changed syndrome of Yangrning disease. The use of herbs shows that ZHANG Zhong-jing think highly of purging Fu and protecting stomach Qi in treating Yangming disease.
