筋骨草对改良慢性血清病系膜增生性肾小球肾炎大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察筋骨草对系膜增生性肾炎(MsPGN)大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用改良慢性血清病MsPGN模型大鼠,于造模第5周末检测尿蛋白,将尿蛋白阳性者随机分为模型组、雷公藤多苷组、筋骨草组,另设正常对照组。于造模第6周起开始给药,6周后,测定各组大鼠24h尿蛋白定量、血生化,光镜下观察各组大鼠肾组织病理形态学变化。结果:与模型组相比,筋骨草组可显著降低尿蛋白[(24.17±9.15)mg/24h vs (38.91±10.62)mg/24h,P<0.01],且可明显升高TP[(65.67±9.41)g/L vs (51.90±7.32)g/L,P<0.01]、降低BUN[(12.80±1.63)mmol/L vs (15.76±3.57)mmol/L,P<0.05)、Scr[(51.45±6.42)μmol/L vs (63.00±16.79)mmol/L,P<0.05]、TG[(1.75±0.24)mmol/L vs (2.39±0.47)mmol/L,P<0.01]、Tch[(1.69±0.32)mmol/L vs (2.41±0.79)mmol/L,P<0.05],肾组织形态学观察也显示筋骨草组损害减轻,其作用与雷公藤多苷组无统计学差异;此外,筋骨草组的ALT显著低于雷公藤多苷组[(53.08±7.58)U/L vs (83.40±11.53)U/L,P<0.01]。结论:筋骨草对改良的慢性血清病MsPGN大鼠具有较好的治疗作用,与雷公藤多苷相比无明显的肝损害。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effects of Herba Ajugae on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis （MsPGN） in rats. Methods：MsPGN rat model was induced by the improved chronic serum sickness after five weeks, the positive urinary protein rats were randomly divided into model group, triptergium wilfordii polyglyeosidium （TWP） group and Ajuga group, normal rats was eonsidered as the control group. MsPGN rats were treated with drugs since the sixth week; succeeding six weeks later, all rats were detected 24h urinary protein, blood biochemistry, and pathomorphological ehanges in renal tissue under microscopy were observated. Results ： Compared with model group, Ajuga can reduce the uri- nary protein significantly [ （24.17 ± 9.15） mg/24h vs （38.91 ± 10.62） mg/24h, P 〈 0.01 ], notably increase TP [ （65.67 ±9.41）g/L vs （51.90 ±7.32）g/L,P〈0.01] ,decrease BUN[ （12.80 ± 1.63）mmol/L vs （15.76 ±3.57） mmol/L, P 〈 0.05 ）, Set [ （ 51.45 ± 6.42 ）μmol/L vs （ 63.00 ± 16.79 ） μmol/L,P 〈 0.05 ）, TG [ （ 1.75 ± 0.24 ） mmol/ L vs （2.39 ± 0.47 ） mmol/L, P 〈 0.01 ） and Tch [ （ 1.69 ± 0.32） mmol/L vs （ 2.41±0.79 ） mmolfL, P 〈 0.05 ） respec- tively ;morphological observation shows Ajuga can conspicuously ameliorate the kidney damage than those in model group. The therapy effect of Ajuga is similar as the TWP group, moreover the significant decreasing of ALT[ （ 53.08 ± 7.58 ） U/ L vs （ 83.40 ± 11.53 ） U/L, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Ajuga may have therapeutic effect in MsPGN, even the better liver protection than TWP.
