祛斑颗粒剂对黄褐斑患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨遵照"以色治色"法组方的祛斑颗粒剂对黄褐斑患者临床疗效的机制。方法:采用随机对照的临床研究方法观察了祛斑颗粒对黄褐斑患者血浆P物质及生活质量指数变化。结果:发现黄褐斑患者血浆SP含量及生活质量指数偏高,与健康组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),经治疗祛斑颗粒剂与沙棘颗粒虽可使SP降低,但仍未达到正常水平;不过,与沙棘颗粒相比祛斑颗粒剂对SP的作用更为明显。结论:祛斑颗粒剂有降低黄褐斑患者血浆SP含量及改善生活质量指数的作用,其临床疗效优于沙棘颗粒。Objective ： In order to find out the curing and operating mechanisms and the clinical effect of QuBanGranule in Colour - Control Curing on Melasma. Method： A randomly control clinical test on the content of SP and Quality of Life of the the Patient of Melasma by QuBan Granule has been executed. Results ： The content of SP and the index of Quality of Life of the the patient with Melasma is exceed（ vs control group,P 〈0.01 ）. After curing by QuBan Granule or ShaJi Granule（ control group） , the content of SP and the index of Quality of Life of all patieng with Melasma was improved ,and QuBanGranule reducing SP was remarkable than that of ShaJiGranule（ P 〈0.01 ） . Conclusion： QuBanGranule, which was according to Colour - Control Curing on Melasma, has the function of regulating the level of SP and improving the Quality of Life of the Patient of Melasma.
