中肺合剂对放射性肺损伤大鼠肺组织中MMP-9/TIMP-1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中肺合剂对放射性损伤大鼠肺组织中MMP-9及TIMP-1表达的影响。方法:90只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中肺合剂组,6MV-X线直线加速器对大鼠双肺进行单次照射25Gy,复制大鼠放射性肺损伤模型,然后予中肺合剂灌胃,8周后分离大鼠肺脏经宏观检查并称重后,计算肺系数;取右上肺组织切片,采用SP法检测MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达。结果:照射8周后,与模型组比较,中肺合剂组MMP-9表达下降,TIMP-1表达上升。结论:中肺合剂可以预防肺纤维化,对放射性肺损伤具有一定的防治作用。Objective：To study the effect of ZhongFeiHeJi acting on the expressing of MMP -9/TIMP - 1 in the lung tissue of rat with radiation - induced pulmonary injury lung tissue. Methods ： The rats in ZhongFeiHeJi group were poured with ZhongFeiHeJi after 90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group, the model group, the ZhongFeiHeJi group, and the rat model of radiation - induced pulmonary injury was copied by radiated with 6MV - X ray linear accelerator for 25Gy dose. After 8 weeks, the lungs of rats were harvested out, calculated the lung coe^cient, the sliced and detect the express of MMP - 1 and TIMP - 9 by the immunohistochemistry. Results ： Comparing with the MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 in the lung tissues of the model group, the ZhongFeiHeJi decreases the expression of MMP - 9, and TIMP - 1 increased after 8 weeks. Conclusion ： ZhongFeiHeJi can be prevented in pulmonary fibrosis, and has a role in the radiation - induced lung injury＇ s prevention and treatment.
