摘  要:目的:探讨参附强心合剂对心衰大鼠心室重塑及心肌AngⅡ受体AT1、AT2-mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用腹主动脉缩窄法制做心衰大鼠模型,观察参附强心合剂对左室重量与体重比(LVW/BW)及心肌组织AngⅡ受体AT1、AT2-mRNA表达的影响。结果:参附强心合剂可降低左室重量指数LVW/BW(P<0.01),下调AT1-mRNA表达,上调AT2-mRNA表达(P<0.05)。结论:参附强心合剂能降低左室重量指数LVW/BW,抑制心室肥厚;调节AT1、AT2表达,逆转心衰大鼠心肌重构的分子生物学改变;从而对慢性心衰有防治作用。Objective: To investigate the influence of Shenfuqiangxin heji (SFQXHJ) on myocardial remodeling and the expression of AT1 ,AT2 - mRNA in chronic heart failure (CHF) rats. Methods: Using male adult SD rats made CHF models by coarctation of abdominal aorta(CAA). To observe the effect of SFQXHJ on the left ventricular weight (LVW) /body weight (BW) ratio (LVW/BW) and the expression of AT1 ,AT2 -mRNA. Results: SFQXHJ could reduced LVW/ BW obviously(P 〈 0.01 ), decreased the expression of AT1 -mRNA and increased the expression of AT2 -mRNA( P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion: SFQXHJ could reverse the changes in molecular biology of myocardial remodeling and inhibit ventric- ular hypertrophy, then could prevent CHF.
