谷胱甘肽辅助治疗重型乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽辅助治疗乙型重型肝炎疗效。方法治疗组和对照组均采用综合性基础治疗,治疗组同时加用古拉定治疗,比较用药前后两组患者肝功能的变化。结果治疗组血清总胆红素改善迅速,凝血酶原时间复常较快,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在综合性治疗基础上加用谷胱甘肽治疗重型肝炎不失为一种安全、有效的方法,对慢性重型肝炎的预后和转归有着十分重要的意义。Objective To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione adjuvant therapy for severe hepatitis B. Methods The treatment group and control group receired the basc comprehensive treatment; on the treatment basis the treatment group were given glutathion treatment. The liver function changes before and after administration between two groups were compared. Results In the improvement in serum total bilirubin, prothrombin time normalization, cure effect the treatment group was superious to the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The integrated basic comprehensire treatment and glutathione therapy is a safe and effective method for the chronic severe hepatitis B; it has very important significance for prognosis and outcome of the disease.
