利多卡因在机械通气患者安全吸痰的应用

摘　　要：目的提高机械通气患者吸痰舒适度及安全性。方法将机械通气65例患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组32例,对照组吸痰前给予生理盐水2 ml缓慢注入气道内,观察组吸痰前生理盐水10 ml+2%利多卡因10 ml以2 ml沿气管内壁缓慢注入。结果观察组在吸痰过程中舒适程度(刺激性呛咳、疼痛、躁动)明显优于对照组,并发症发生情况明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论合理应用利多卡因滴入气道可以有效地提高病人吸痰时的舒适程度,减少或避免吸痰过程中的并发症。Objective To elevate the degree of comfort and safety of sputum suction in patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods Sixty-five patients with mechanical ventilation were randomly divided into observation group with thirty-three patients and control group with thirty-two patients. In observation group, 2 ml saline water and （ 10 ml）2% lidocaine were slowly injected into trachea along the inner wall. In control group, 2 ml saline water was slowly injected into trachea along the inner wall. Results The degree of comfort （ stimulated bucking,pain,restlessness） during sputum suction in observation group was obviously better than the control group. And the incidence of complications in observation group was obviously less than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conduslon Reasonable application of lidocaine into airway can effectively elevate the degree of comfort of patients and decrease or avoid the development of complications during sputum suction.
