摘  要:讨论了丝素与无甲醛免烫整理剂SRD787(其主要成分为BTCA)复配对真丝绸的防皱整理。研究表明:丝素水解时间为2 h时,整理效果较好。正交实验确定了丝素/SRD787免烫整理最佳工艺:丝素/SRD787复配比为2∶3,整理剂质量分数为5%,催化剂NP756质量分数为3%,焙烘温度、时间为160℃、120 s;整理后真丝绸的湿折皱回复角提高了37.0%,织物的色深度略有下降。The crease-resistant finishing of silk fabrics with the mixture of silk fibroin/SRD787(the main composite BTCA) was studied systematically. The results indicated that when the hydrolyzing time of silk fibroin attained 2 hours, the finishing effects of silk fabrics were better. The orthogonal experiments identified that the best technology of crease-resistant finishing of silk fabrics with fibroin/SRD787 DP finish was that the ratio of fibroin to SRD787 was 2 to 3; the concentration of finishing agent was 5 %; the concentration of catalyst NP756 was 2 %; curing temperature and time were 160℃ and 150 s respectively. Wet crease recovery angles increased 37.0 %the color depth fell a little after finishing.
