灾后重建背景下农村住宅建设模式分析——以四川省安县晓坝镇为例

摘　　要：地震灾后住宅重建是"先生活,后生产"指导原则下恢复重建工作的首要任务。通过对"5.12"汶川地震重灾区四川安县晓坝镇农村住宅建设的分析,系统总结了乡村城镇化、统一规划住宅小区、政府规划农民自建、农民自主设计自主建设4种主要农房建设模式。总结经验,提出规划优先、政策引导、动态维护、系统工程、依靠群众等思想,强调农房建设要因地制宜、灵活机动地实施多样化模式统一协调发展,指出今后农村住宅建设主要应是对既有建筑进行改造和维护。The housing reconstruction is the most important task of the post-earthquake reconstruction with the instruction of “lives first, latter produces”. Through to the analysis of the country house construction in Xiaoba town, it summarizes four kinds of pattern, the village urbanization, the unified planning of the residential district, people constructing under the government planning, the self-design and self-construction. By learning lessons, puts forward the thoughts of plan first, policy guidance, dynamic maintenance, systems engineering, relying on public, stresses country house needing unified development flexibly, suit measures to local conditions, points out that the country house mainly should be to existing building renovation and maintenance from now on.
