摘　　要：对黑启动过程中发电机带空载长线路可能出现的欠励限制动作导致的系统工频电压升高问题进行了研究。分析了黑启动发电机定子电压在欠励动作后非正常升高的机制,通过对带有分布参数线路的黑启动系统的分析,推导出发电机欠励限制的临界值与空载最大线路长度的关系,并提出相应的预防措施,为黑启动过程合理地配置适用的发电机保护方案,提供了一些理论及实践依据。结合实际,应用实时数字仿真器(real time digital simulator,RTDS)进行仿真,仿真结果及实际系统的黑启动试验结果均证明了所得结论的正确性。This research aims to study over voltage induced by under-excitation limitation moves in black start of the power system. The mechanism of the abnormal voltage increase of the rotor was studied, and the relationship between the threshold of under-excitation limitation and the maximum non-loading length of the line was then derived through the analysis of the distribution parameters of the model system. A corresponding preventive measure was proposed. Its effectiveness was verified by both the real time digital simulator （RTDS） simulation and the actual black start test.
