摘  要:多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉内气体浓度的变化与炉内流场分布以及气化反应过程密切相关。采用自行研制的水冷探针及气体预处理系统,对实验室小型四喷嘴气化炉炉膛中主要气体(CO2,CO,H2,O2,CH4和Ar)的体积浓度分布在常压下进行了热态测试。试验结果表明:相同操作条件下沿炉膛轴向和径向气体浓度差异明显,由炉壁至炉膛中心,CO2、O2浓度逐渐增加,CO、H2浓度逐渐降低;喷嘴平面上、下气体组成差别很大,沿气流方向越靠近炉膛出口,这种差异越小。The variation of the gas concentration in the opposed multi-burner (OMB) coal water slurry gasifier is closely related to the flow field distribution and the mechanism of the gasification process. The concentration distributions of major gases (CO2, CO, H2, O2, CH4 and Ar) in an atmospheric bench-scale OMB gasifier were analyzed through the stainless steel water-cooled probes and gas pretreatment system with mass spectrometry. Results show that, the axial and radial profiles of gas concentration are different in the same operation condition. During the measurement process from the inner wall to the gasifier's center, the concentration of CO2 and O2 increased gradually, and the concentration of CO and H2 decreased gradually. The most obvious difference of gas concentration occurs at the places above and under the burner plane, along the gas flow direction.
