摘 要:三维表面电荷法计算静电透镜电位时,传统的常值、线性或高次插值模拟电荷密度分布的方法并不能准确反映电极几何奇异处电荷密度急剧增大的特点,而该处电荷的精度对透镜成像质量影响很大。针对以上问题,利用电荷密度在几何奇异处近似满足渐近线分布的特性,通过在普通电荷密度形状函数中加入奇异项,构造了一种描述电荷密度分布的奇异形状函数。对具有几何奇异性的单位圆盘和双圆筒的计算结果表明,该方法的计算精度明显提高,证明了方法的有效性及可行性。In calculation of potential in electrostatic lens based on surface charge method, conventional methods using constant, linear and quadratic function can not describe the distribution of charge density on singular geometry accurately where the quality of electrostatic lens' imaging is influenced largely by the precision of charge here. In order to solve the problem above, the new singular shape functions describing the distribution of charge density was proposed, based on the character of charge density on singular geometry according with the asymptotic trait, through incorporating singular terms into conventional singular shape functions. The calculated results on unit disc and double cylinder with singular geometry indicate that the improved method is more precise than the tradition one, which proves the method to be valid and feasible.
