摘　　要：介绍德国Suessen公司在本世纪初推出的毛精纺细纱机用HP-GX 5010板簧加压摇架。在对其结构进行详细分解基础上,对加压元件的质量、加压组件的形式、摇架的锁紧机构、摇架的固定方式进行分解分析,并对该板簧加压摇架的结构特点进行归纳。由于HP-GX系列板簧加压摇架整体结构简洁,零部件少而加工精度高,刚度大,寿命长,适用于毛精纺细纱机上使用,纺纱质量优良。This article introduced that German Suessen Corporation promoted in the beginning of this century the newest HP-GX 5010 flat spring top weighting arm for worsted ring spinning fram. Carries on the detailed segmentation to its structure to lie between in the foundation, according to the compression part＇s quality, the compression module＇s form, the cradle lock mechanism, the cradle fixed way carries on the decomposition analysis, and carries on the induction to the HP-GX 5010 spring compression cradle＇s unique feature. Is succinct as a result of the HP-GX series spring compression cradle overall construction, the spare part few working accuracy is high, the rigidity is big, the life is long, is suitable uses on the wool fine spinning spinning frame, the spinning quality is fine, therefore, pressurizes the cradle in the wool fine spinning spinning frame with the HP-GX 5010 springs is the good choice.
