摘　　要：发展开放仓储事业必须认真对待和解决所涉及的电子印本的版权问题,尤其是要促进期刊出版者对自存档版权政策的调整,同时其本身的合理诉求与合法权益应该得到切实保障。The problems related to the copyright of e-print must be handled and solved earnestly in developing open repository projects, especially the publishers of the periodicals should be encouraged to adjust the copyright policy of the self-archiving, meanwhile their reasonable demand and legal rights and interests should be safeguarded.
