摘　　要：清华大学图书馆为了满足本校师生在校外访问电子资源的迫切需求和合法权益,推出了电子资源校外访问控制系统。本文首先介绍了系统的设计思想,其次介绍了系统的功能和应用,最后分析了系统的关键问题和后续发展情况。In order to meet the urgent need and protect the legitimate right of the teachers and students in offcampus access to electronic resources, the library of Tsinghua University has developed the electronic resources offcampus access control system. This paper first introduces the ideas of system design, then describes the functions and applications of the system Finally, the key issues of the system and its follow-up development are analyzed.
