摘　　要：互联网的快速发展改变了信息产生和传播的方式,对国内外科技情报机构产生了深刻影响。本文分析了加拿大科学技术情报研究所发展战略规划(2005—2010)和美国国防技术情报中心发展战略规划(2007—2012),以及加拿大科学技术情报研究所和美国国防技术情报中心目前开展的主要业务活动,得到了一些启示。The rapid development of Internet changes the way of information creation and dissemination, and has brought about profound effect on scientific and technical information institutions at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information （CISTI） Strategic Plan 2005-2010 and the American Defense Technical Information Center （DTIC） Strategic Plan 2007-2012, and their major business activities at present. Some inspiration may be derived from them.
