摘 要:为适应"数字信息时代"的步伐,智能化配电网将成为今后的发展方向,而智能化配电网的核心之一就是各种信息的可靠准确传输,因此,采用何种技术和方案构建高效率、高质量、高可靠的通信网络承载智能化配电网各种业务信息,已成为急需研究的问题。文章通过对智能化配电网的基本结构和通信需求的分析,结合智能化配电网各种新业务对通信网提出的新要求,阐述了配电网通信系统规划的原则和步骤,论证了各种最新通信技术和通信装备在智能化配电网通信系统中应用的可行性和经济性,提出了配电网通信网络应采用层次化的组网结构,充分利用现有通信资源,积极采用最新通信技术和最新通信装备,为配电网各项业务提供安全性保障和高质量服务。Smart distribution network will become the next development direction. The technology applied to construct a communication network with higher reliability, efficiency and quality has become the hot issue for study. Based on the analysis on the basic structure and the correspondence demands of smart distribution network, this article introduces the communication network scheme, discusses the feasibility and efficiency of various new communication technologies and equipments, and puts forward the suggestion that the layered networking configuration is the best solution for distribution communication network. It also points out that by fully utilizing the existing communication resources and the newest technology and equipment, high quality and reliable services can be provided for power distribution network.
