摘 要:高精度的温度测量在材料学科研究中占有一个重要的地位。本文根据实际应用的需要,采用虚拟仪器的思想,开发了高精度的铂电阻测温系统。硬件部分采用铂电阻+信号调理电路+数据采集卡+PC机的形式。信号调理电路中采用XTR105电压电流变换器来简化电路设计同时提高精度。PC机上,采用LabVIEW实现数据采集卡信号到电阻信号进而到温度信号的转换,从而实现温度的实时测量、分析和记录。此外,系统采用软件计算的方法实现铂电阻非线性校正,从而从软件和硬件上保证测量系统的高精度。最后该测温系统还具有一定的抗干扰性和可扩展性。High-precision temperature measurement occupies an important position in materials science and engineering. Based on the needs of practical application, a high-precision platinum resistance temperature measurement system was developed using the virtual instrument thought. The hardware system includes platinum resistance, signal conditioner circuit, data acquisition card(DAQ) and PC. In the signal conditioner circuit, the voltage-current converter XTR105 was used to simplify the circuit design and improve the accuracy. In PC, LabVIEW was used to transform the DAQ output signal to the resistor signal at first and temperature signal at last. Therefore, the system can achieve real-time temperature measurement, analysis and recording. In addition, software calculation method was used to achieve the non-linear correction of platinum resistance, so the software and hardware methods were used to ensure high-precision measurement. Finally, the temperature measurement system also has a certain anti-interference and scalability.
