摘 要:本文介绍了利用无线电台实现LabVIEW与PLC之间通过串口进行无线通信的方法。这种方法以无线电台作为通信桥梁,以LabVIEW中的"Instrument I/O Assistant"作为通信核心,实现了以LabVIEW为主动PLC为被动的无线串口通信,并详细介绍了无线电台的设置和I/O助手的使用,以及命令字符串的组成和返回字符串的分解。实践证明,这种无线通信方法不仅通信可靠,错误率极低,而且简单易行。A method that can realize wireless communications between LabVIEW and PLC based on serial communication is introduced, in which "Instrument I/O Assistant" of LabVIEW was the core of communication and radioes as a bridge was huild between LahVIEW aml PLC. LabVIEW was initiative and PLC was passive.The setup of radio, use of "Instrument I/O Assistant", composing of command string and deeomposing of return string were introduced in detail. It has been proved that, by this method wireless communications hetween LabVIEW and PLC were reliable and exact.
