摘　　要：本文介绍一种基于C8051F021片上系统的电容式变送器的设计方法,对恒流充电法测量电容量的原理进行了详细的分析,设计的电容式变送器输入信号范围可以通过软件设置,输出为标准的4～20mA电流信号,能够和标准信号的工业仪表或计算机测控系统直接接口,并支持MODBUS协议的RS485现场总线通信。The design method of the capacitive transmitter based on the SoC C8051F021 is introduced. The principle of measuring the capacitance by the constant current charging method is analyzed in detail. The transmitter＇s input signal range can he configured by software, and its output signal is the standard current signal of 4 to 20mA which can directly interface with the standard industrial instrumentation or computer control system. Moreover, it supports the MODBUS protocol of the RS485 field bus communication.
