摘  要:应用二次回归旋转设计进行石刁柏(Asparagusofficinalis)细胞悬浮培养条件的研究。试验因子为接种量(X1)和蔗糖(X2)、谷氨酰胺(X3)、肌醇(X4)和2,4-D(X5)的浓度。每因子设5水平,共32个处理。根据生长量建立石刁柏细胞悬浮培养生长函数模型,再进行电脑模拟试验求得最大生长量的优化因子水平组合(优化培养方案),最后实验验证结果表明,应用旋转设计方案培养的石刁柏细胞生长量比常规方法培养的高1.2倍。The study on cell suspension culture of Asparagus officinalis was made by experimental design of quadric rotational regression. The experiment had 32 treatments with 5 factors those were as follows: inoculation level (X1),concentrations of sucrose (X2), glutamine (X3 ), inositol (X4) and 2, 4-D (X5 ). Every factor had 5 levels. The growth function model was established for suspension culture of asparagus cells according to cell dry weight of treatments. The optimal culture scheme with maximum growth was selected through the stimulant experiment and the effects of single and double factors were also analyzed on a computer based on the growth function model. The optimal culture scheme was verified by an experiment compared with routine culture scheme. The results confirmed that the asparagus cell growth in case of applying optimal culture scheme was 1. 2 times higher than that in case of applying routine culture one.
