摘　　要：世界上许多国家都由政府制定了国家层面的宽带发展战略,使这些国家的宽带网络建设得到了快速的发展。宽带网络是实现国家信息化的基础,其中宽带光纤接入(FTTx)在宽带网络建设中占有举足轻重的地位。我国信息化的普及率还很低,FTTx的普及率仅排世界第16位。因此笔者在此呼吁有关部门尽快制定我国的国家宽带发展战略,促进我国FTTx建设快速发展。There are many countries have constituted the national broad band stratagem by government in the world. It push the construction of broadband network developed accelerate in these countries. Broadband network is the infrastructure of state informationization implementation, thereinto broadband optical fiber access （FTTx） is more important. The penetration of informationization in China is very low, and the penetration of FTTx is only the 16th in the world. Therefore we appeal the related administrations to constitute the national broadband developing stratagem in China, promote the FTTx development going fast.
