摘　　要：通信机楼建设类项目一般为企业的战略性储备项目,影响面广、投资大、周期长,而对其的必要性论证是项目规划或可研阶段的一项重要工作。本文试图从方法论层面概括、总结机楼建设类项目在进行必要性分析时的一般、通用的分析内容、流程及方法,从而为开展类似项目积累经验。The construction of communication building is usually the strategic project of a telecom operator, because of its broad influence, large investment and long period.So it s important to demonstrate the necessity of the construction.This article is an attempt to describe the analysis method in this necessity including general content and process, so as to amass experience for analogous projects.
