摘　　要：在复杂的工业环境下,各种各样的干扰通过不同的耦合方式进入系统,影响系统的正常工作,隔离技术是解决这个问题的主要方法.ADuM540x系列芯片是ADI(Analog Devices Int1.Ltd)公司生产的四通道数字隔离器,该系列芯片采用了ADI公司新的技术专利——磁耦隔离技术,该技术比光电隔离技术具有更优越的性能.芯片内部集成隔离型DC/DC转换器,为隔离侧电路提供总输出电流为100mA的四路信号隔离通道,可以广泛的应用于各种通信总线尤其是数据采集现场总线的隔离通信,得到比光电隔离更优越的隔离效果,有着非常广泛的应用和市场前景.All kinds of interference could enter the system by different ways, the normal operation of system is effeeted, the isolated technology is the method to solve this problem. The serial of ADuM540x chips which are quad -channel isolators are produced by ADI （Analog Devices Intl. Ltd） Company, adopts new technical monopoly of ADI Company -- iCoupler isolation technique which has better performance compared with the optoelectronic isolators An isolated DC/DC converter is integrated on the chips to supply power for the devices in isolated side, the DC/DC converter provided up to 100 mA of current. It can be widely used in kinds of communication bus especially in the field of profibus data acquisition isolated communication and had better isolated effect than optoelectronic isolation.
