摘　　要：介绍了三菱M701F型燃机阀门的校验方法,并与GE109F型燃机及燃煤机组汽轮机阀门校验方法进行了比较。针对校验中存在的信号干扰等问题,提出了相应的故障分析及处理方法。The paper introduces calibrate method of the Mitsubisbi M701F gas turbine servo valves, and compares to GE 109F gas turbine and coalfired units. Pointing to the signal interference in the process of calibration, analysis and remedy are presented.
