摘　　要：阐述了改革开放以来福建FDI的发展过程,探讨了福建FDI的空间格局,分析了影响福建FDI分布的因素,并提出了对策。This paper expounds the development process of FDI in Fujian Province since the reform and opening up, probes into the spatial framework of FDI in Fujian Province, analyzes some factors influencing the FDI distribution in Fujian Province, and puts forward some correspondi9ng countermeasures.
