摘　　要：结合主成分分析方法的原理,运用SPSS统计软件,采用2006年成都市所辖9个区规模以上工业企业的主要经济指标数据,将12个指标降阶为3个指标,并根据主成分得分对各个区进行了综合评价分析,通过实例论证了主成分分析方法在区域规划指标体系的应用具有可行性和可操作性。Connecting with the principle of the principal component analysis, hy using SPSS statistical software, and adopting the data of major economic indicators of industrial enterprises above designated size in 9 districts of Chengdu City in 2006, this paper reduces 12 indicator into 3, and makes the comprehensive evaluation on each district based on the scores of the principal components, and proves the feasibility and operability of applying the principal component analysis in the regional planning indicators system.
