污泥农业资源化好氧发酵工艺过程控制系统

摘　　要：在阐述了好氧发酵工艺要求的基础上,对好氧发酵工艺过程的控制系统进行了设计,采用继电器控制和PLC控制两种方式分别实现了对发酵装置工艺过程的控制。发酵装置的进出料及调试采用手动控制来实现,发酵装置的运行采用自动控制来实现,温度及通风量的控制选择温度控制法并利用温度传感器实现控制。工艺试验证明,系统满足好氧堆肥发酵的工艺要求。Based on the process demands of the aerobics fermentation, the control system of the aerobiosis fermentation process is designed, the process control with two different ways--relay and PLC is realized. The loading and unloading of the fermentation device are carried out manually; the running of the device is realized automatically. Using the temperature controlling method with the temperature sensors, the temperature and aeration of the process are controlled. After the process testing, process request of the compost aerobiosis fermentation is satisfied.
