摘  要:目的:探索品管圈在提高手术器械准备完善率中的应用。方法:由9人组成品管圈,分析手术器械准备缺陷的原因并采取相应措施。结果:手术器械准备缺陷率由8.2%降至2.3%(P<0.05)结论:将品管圈的方法应用到手术器械准备中取得了满意效果,提高了科室人员的团队精神,增强了护理人员参与护理管理的意识和工作满足感,充分的发挥出护理人员的积极性、创造性、主动性。Objective: To investigate the function of quality control circle in the preparation of surgical instruments. Methods : The quality control circle which was consisted of 9 staff analyzed the cause of inadequate preparation and implemented corresponding measures to improve it. Results: The inadequate preparation rate was decreased from 8.2% to 2.3% after the application of quality control circle method (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The application of quality control circle functions well on the preparation of surgical instruments by improving the inadequate preparation rate, it can also motivate team working spirit and enhance the enthusiasm creativity and initiative among nurses.
